The patient is required to make an initial payment of RM399 prior to undergoing the blood test.

For patients selecting the Deluxe (120 million cells) or Premier (240 million cells) package, the RM399 initial assessment fee will be deducted from the original package price as a discount.
Therefore, the RM399 payment will not be charged again and will be credited towards the eligible Deluxe or Premier package.
Following the blood test and medical assessment, the doctor will determine whether the patient is eligible for the StemSel treatment.
If the patient is medically eligible and to proceed with the treatment, the patient must make the full payment for the selected StemSel package before the stem cell treatment appointment is scheduled.
The StemSel patient journey shall consist of two (2) primary payments:
Payment 1 – Pre-Blood Test : RM399
Payment must be made before the patient undergoes the blood test. This payment covers the pre-stem cell assessment, blood test and relevant doctor consultations.

At the scheduled follow-up, the patient will undergo the required post-blood-test assessment and doctor consultation.
No additional payment is required from the patient for this follow-up consultation, as it is included within the initial RM399 assessment payment.
Once the patient has completed the full payment for the selected StemSel package: StemSel will be ordered.
Patients who proceed with the Deluxe or Premier package will receive an exclusive StemSel gift bag, available in White or Black.
The exclusive gift bag will be provided after the patient has completed the second payment, i.e. the full StemSel package payment.
Patients who proceed with the Basic or Standard package will receive selected vitamins provided by Selcare.
The vitamins will be placed in a Selcare paper bag and provided to the patient after completion of the second payment.
The exclusive StemSel gift bag is not applicable to Basic and Standard package patients.
The relevant patient benefit must be provided only after the second payment has been successfully completed.

Should a participant be unable to proceed with the programme, a replacement participant may be nominated, subject to prior approval by the clinic and successful completion of the required medical assessment and eligibility screening.
